History of Art & Italian Studies in Florence In this program, students immerse themselves in the artistic beauty of central Tuscany. Language classes are complemented by Italian Studies courses in the history of art, economics, political science and
literature. These challenging courses take every advantage of the city, leading students out of the classroom and into the streets and museums of Florence. What's more, core courses take students on a traveling seminar to Sicily or Rome. The CET Florence program, jointly operated by CET, Vanderbilt University, and the University of
Florence, offers serious students a enriching alternative to some of the larger programs in Florence.
This program is open to
students from all institutions, and all levels of Italian.
